Once you have finished selecting and entering the details of your CNC machine during the machine setup, you will be prompted to connect to the machine directly:
This involves physically connecting your CNC to your computer via a USB cable so that Easel is able to recognize and interface with the machine.
As described in the steps:
- Power on your CNC machine.
- Connect the USB cable from your CNC machine to your computer.
- Make sure the e-stop (any emergency stop buttons) is not engaged if one is present on the machine.
- Select the button displayed under the steps to connect your CNC machine to Easel.
- Once the "Connected to Easel" button is lit, you may proceed to the next step.
