When you create a new project, Easel asks What are you making? You can name your project, add tags, choose who can see it, and get inspired by similar projects from the Easel Gallery. Everything in this window is optional.
Creating a new project
1. Name
Type a name for your project.
2. Tags
Choose one or more tags that describe your project.
3. Sharing
Choose who can see your project. New projects start as Private: Only you can view. You can change this later. See Publishing and Sharing Projects in Easel.
4. Get Inspired!
Browse suggested projects from the Easel Gallery. Use the arrow on the right to see more. Click a project to copy it into your account. The copy is yours, so you can change it or carve it right away. The original project isn't affected.
5. Create
Click Create to start your project.
6. Skip this window
To go straight to a blank project, click the X in the top-left corner.
Finding ideas as you type
The suggested projects update to match the name you type. For example, typing Clamp (1) shows clamp and hold-down projects from the gallery (2).
