Email Address Change:
If you need to change the email address associated with your Easel Account, please reach out to help@easel.com.
Note: Be sure to provide both the new/updated email address and the email address currently associated with the account. If you no longer have access to the email address associated with the Easel account, please include that information in your request. We will respond with steps to verify your account ownership.
Password Reset:
If you want/need to reset your Easel account password, you can do so via the 'Forgot password?' button on the login page:
- Go to https://easel.com/ and select the "Log In" button, or go directly to https://easel.com/users/sign_in.
- Select 'Forgot password?'.
- Enter the email address associated with your Easel account and press "Continue". This will send a unique link to your email address to allow you to reset your password.
- Open your email inbox and find the "Reset Your Easel Password" email.
- Click the link to "Reset Your Password".
- Enter your desired new password, and then re-enter the new password to confirm.
- Once done, you should be logged into your Easel account and your password has been updated.
