Leave a comment
- Open the project from the Class Feed or your class gallery.
- If the discussion panel isn't open, select the people icon at the top right of the screen. The project's comments appear under This Project.
- Select Leave a comment at the bottom of the panel and type your comment.
- Select Send, or press Enter.
More ways to comment
- Reply to a specific comment to keep the conversation together.
- Pin a comment to the canvas: select the pin icon, then click the spot in the 2D design you're talking about.
- Attach an image: select the picture icon to add a photo, such as your own finished cut.
- Mention someone or a workpiece: type @ and choose from the list.
- Press Shift + Enter to start a new line. Comments support Markdown for formatting.
- React to a comment with an emoji, or delete your own comments.
Who can see your comments?
Everyone in your class and your teacher can see comments. Classmates see your first name and last initial. Nobody outside your class can see them.
Trying out ideas on a classmate's project
Opening a classmate's project doesn't change it. You can move things around and try ideas, but you're working in a sandbox, so your changes aren't saved to their project. To keep your version, make a copy. To send your changes to your classmate, see Suggest changes to a classmate's project.
