When there's no 3D preview on the right side, there could be some display settings preventing the preview from rendering.
First, try enlarging the browser window. If the window is less than 700 pixels wide, it may not display the 3D preview. Try maximizing the browser window.
If you still don't see the product preview on the right side, you may just need to enable WebGL.
If using Chrome, check if WebGL is available
-
WebGL is enabled by default in Chrome for most recent graphics cards. However, there are some cases where WebGL may not be available. See Chrome WebGL Help for more information.
If using Safari, check if WebGL is enabled and enable it if necessary
-
To enable WebGL:
- Choose "Preferences" from the Safari menu.
- Click "Advanced"
- Check "Show Develop menu"
- Now go to the Develop menu and click "Enable WebGL"
For Firefox:
- Go to "Preferences" under the Firefox menu
- Click "Advanced"
- Under the "General" tab, check "Use hardware acceleration when available"
- Restart Firefox
If this still doesn't work, check to make sure that your computer meets the System Requirements.
Additionally, check to make sure that your graphic drivers are up to date. Driver updates are automatically installed during MacOS updates. If you're on a Windows computer, you can manually update the driver.
