If your Two Trees carves are coming out the wrong size or carving deeper/shallower than expected, you can start by making sure the machine is assembled correctly. Refer to your manufacturer's manual and support.
If you still have issues, you may need to adjust your steps/mm firmware settings to ensure your axes are moving accurately. Please note, making firmware changes is at your own risk. We also recommend referring to the manufacturer for instructions as they know your machine best.
One thing to try first is a reset using Easel's machine inspector. Turn your machine on, and connect to Easel. You can open up the Machine Inspector by going to Machine > General Settings > Machine Inspector.
In the Machine Inspector scroll down to the console and send this command:
$X
Press enter, this will unlock your machine.
You can now send the reset command:
$RST=*
Press enter. You should receive a message that says "OK."
Once you have reset the firmware, you can try jogging the machine to ensure it is moving the correct distance.
If this does not resolve the issue, we recommend reaching out to your machine manufacturer for the correct firmware values and to ensure your machine is assembled properly.
